• 1). Open media-convert.com in any Web browser (see Resource #1). Click "Choose File" and find the VOB file. Media-convert restrains file upload size to a maximum of 200MB.
  
  
• 2). Select "VOB" as your input movie file format in the menu. Next, pick "MP4" as your output format.
  
  
• 3). Select the "OK" button to make the MP4 video. Click the download link to grab your new file.
  
  

Mediaconverter.org

• 1). Load any browser and access to mediaconverter.org (see Resource #2).
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Upload a file" button and find the VOB file. Next, choose MP4 for your output format. Mediaconverter limits upload size to 100MB.
  
  
• 3). Click "Start" to make your MP4. After the conversion completes, select the download link to receive the video file.
  
  

Zamzar.com

• 1). Open Zamzar.com in any browser (see Resource #3).
  
  
• 2). Click "Choose File" track down the VOB file. Next, select MP4 for your target movie format. Free users of Zamzar can only upload videos of 100MB or smaller.
  
  
• 3). Enter your email address and click "Convert." You'll be sent an email with a MP4 download link.
