Herbalife scientist Louis Ignarro is sometime criticised for having a financial interest in the success of some of the products he is responsible for developing, but Ignarro is a respected Nobel-prize winning scientist whose reputation has taken him years to earn.  It is unlikely he would do anything to jeapordise this.
