How to Insert Adobe Captivate Into PowerPoint 2007
- 1). Open the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 application on your computer. Click the "Microsoft Office" button and then select the PowerPoint 2007 file you want to add an Adobe Captivate project to.
- 2). Click the "Open" button; then click the "Developer" tab, and then click the "More Controls" option from the "Controls" field.
- 3). Click the "More Controls" option again and then select the "Shockwave Flash Object" option from the list of objects.
- 4). Click and drag your mouse to create a box in any slide of your PowerPoint presentation. Right-click the slide and then click the "Properties" option.
- 5). Click the "Custom" option and then click the "Ellipsis" button. Enter the full path of the location of your Adobe Captivate file into the "Movie URL" field.
- 6). Click the "OK" button and then your Adobe Captivate file will be embedded into your PowerPoint slide.
