• Hurricane Restaurant jets out over the Kennebunk River and offers views of the water and the Lower Village of Kennebunk. For riverfront views, request a table by a window. The interior features a mahogany bar and mural covered walls. Hearty entrees include such items as Mediterranean seafood stew, garlic shrimp and grilled veal chops. The wine menu features more than 100 selections, including those served by the glass or bottle. A city-owned parking lot sits directly behind the restaurant. • Stripers Seafood Restaurant sits within the Breakwater Inn, a waterfront hotel and spa located along the Kennebunk River. The main dining hall includes a casual setting outfitted with hardwood floors, white linen napkins and a saltwater tank. Via massive windows, the restaurant also provides views of the river. The seafood-filled menu includes such items as poached Maine lobster, oysters and citrus-cured salmon. The restaurant serves brunch on Sundays and offers free valet parking services as well.
  
  

Federal Jack's Restaurant and Brew Pub

• Federal Jack's Restaurant and Brew Pub sits along the shipyards of the Kennebunk River. The upstairs region features an outdoor deck which remains open for three seasons except the winter and providing views of the water. The downstairs area features an on-site brewery, the Kennebunkport Brewing Company, a seven barrel facility which produces a variety of ales and lagers. Standard pub fare includes such items as clam chowder, burgers and fish and chips. The restaurant offers its own parking lot with ample spaces.
  
  

Pier 77 Restaurant/The Ramp Bar & Grill

• Pier 77 Restaurant and The Ramp Bar & Grill, joint ventures run by Chef Peter Morency, lie along the shores of Cape Porpoise Harbor. Pier 77's upscale dining hall, which features hardwood floors, wooden furnishings, white linens, candlelight, a fireplace and views of the harbor, remains open from March until December. The Ramp Bar & Grill features a more casual setting, complete with a rustic wooden bar, and stays open year-round. Pier 77 offers pork chops and seared scallops, while the Ramp features a more limited bar menu, such as burgers and spaghetti. During the summer months, Pier 77 features live music seven nights a week.
