- 1). Use a sponge to clean the vinyl surface with a solution of mild soap and water. Allow to air dry.
- 2). Pull the torn edges of the vinyl together until they are touching. Attach the metal clip to hold the edges together.
- 3). Remove the cap from the liquid vinyl tube, and squeeze it until a drop of the liquid comes out.
- 4). Remove the clip, pinch the vinyl edges together, and apply the liquid vinyl. Hold the edges together for a few minutes after application to aid in the bonding process.
- 5). Allow 24 hours for the liquid vinyl repair to dry.
