Whilst having an anxiety attack lie down if you are able, if not sit or squat down, this way if the anxiety attack is upsetting your balance you will not fall and hurt yourself. Now you must try to slow down your breathing, by taking very slow deep breaths and hold them for the count of four while you breathe in and also while you exhale. Relax your mussels by starting at your toes and work your way up your body. Feel your mussels relaxing.
