- 1). Open the phone so that you can view the key pad.
- 2). Locate the * key and the number 2 key.
- 3). Press the * key and then the 2 key immediately afterwards. This key sequence must be completed within two seconds or the phone will not recognize the command and the key pad will remain locked.
