How to Stuff Breakfast Sausages
- 1). Preheat your grill to a medium heat setting.
- 2). Boil a medium-sized pot of water. Drop in six, 70 gram beef sausages. Partially boil the meat until it is tender, but not completely cooked. Remove the sausages and turn off the burner.
- 3). Place the par-boiled meats onto a cutting board. Cut halfway down into the center of each sausage. Slice each piece of meat between up to two-thirds of the length of the meat.
- 4). Shred 50 grams of cheese, and mince half of a small onion. Stuff the grated cheese and minced onion into the sliver of each sausage until each opening is filled with the stuffing.
- 5). Place each sausage upright onto direct heat on the grill. Cook the sausages for up to 15 minutes. Remove sausages and allow the meat to cool for five to 10 minutes before serving.
