Campground Review

This campground, while more expensive than some others, is wonderful for families. It offers a full-time activities schedule from 8 am until 9 pm daily, with weekend themes like "Christmas in July." Some examples of activities are: hayrides with Yogi and Boo Boo Bear, ceramics, build a bear, arts and crafts, tie die, cartoons, coloring, washable tattoos, candy bar bingo, and movie night.


There is also a small pool, full snack bar, large store, golf cart rental, two stocked fishing ponds, sand volleyball court, laundry facilities, multiple pavilions, three playgrounds, a sandy small beach, mini-golf, and paddleboat and pedal bike rentals. Prepare to be very busy and do bring extra money for activities-it is worth it! Our children ages 6 and 7 loved this vacation and are already begging to go back for the Halloween weekend. A nice feature too is that with tent site rental you get to pick your own site, a great opportunity to get exactly the one you want.
