Any oil is going to be highly concentrated in calories and nutrients.
Peanuts, for example, are filled with omega 6 fats.
Turn peanuts into peanut oil and every tablespoon is filled with lots of inflammatory fats.
The foods that you can eat that can help fight this imbalance of hormones are healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, whole foods, and omega 3 fatty acids.
You see, the omega 3 fats should be evenly balanced with omega 6 fats.
Too much omega 6 creates hormonal imbalances.
Curing your acne will require you to balance your body and get it back to full nourishment.

Sure there are super quick promises such as going on a fast or the magic pills but these are not permanent.
