Polly the Tortoise's X-ray shows an object the size of an egg... but it's actually a potentially deadly bladder stone.

Vets had to cut away part of the shell during an operation in 2008 to remove the stone form the five-year-old African pancake tortoise. Polly is just six inches long, so the stone could have killed her if it wasn't removed.
