End Processes

• 1). Press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Escape" simultaneously to open the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Show Processes From All Users" button.
  
  
• 4). End the following processes. To end a process, right-click the process (listed under the "Image Name" heading) and select "End Process" from the menu that appears.

  Netwmon.exe
  
  Wuamgrd.exe
  
  
• 5). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete Registry Values

• 1). Click "Start," type "Regedit," into the Search box and press "Enter." The Registry Editor opens.
  
  
• 2). Click "Edit" and then "Find."
  
  
• 3). Type "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\KAZAA\LocalContent dir0 = 012345:[CONFIGURABLE PATH]" into the Find box, and click "Find Next."
  
  
• 4). Right-click on the highlighted registry value, and select "Delete" from the menu that appears.
  
  
• 5). Close the Registry Editor.
  
  

Delete Files

• 1). Click "Start," and type "mainwin32.exe" into the Search box. Right-click on the matching file that appears in the "Results List" and select "Delete."
  
  
• 2). Click "Start," and type "Bling.exe" into the Search box. Right-click on the matching file that appears in the "Results List" and select "Delete."
  
  
• 3). Click "Start," and type "Netwmon.exe" into the Search box. Right-click on the matching file that appears in the "Results List" and select "Delete."
  
  
• 4). Click "Start," and type "Wuamgrd.exe" into the Search box. Right-click on the matching file that appears in the "Results List" and select "Delete."
  
  
• 5). Restart your computer.
