American Music Awards 2006 Winners
Mariah Carey once again had an unsuccessful night at the American Music Awards. In 2005 she won only 1 award out of 4 nominations. For 2006 she took home no awards after being nominated 3 times.
Black Eyed Peas were the big winners of the night taking home 3 awards via satellite link in Costa Rica. Among the performance highlights were Mary J. Blige showcasing her new single "We Ride (I See the Future)" and Fall Out Boy delivering a loud, raucous take on their new song "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race."
