- Time Required: 30 minutes (Does not include drying time)
The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Large, Wooden Bead -(approx. 20mm size)
- Wooden Furniture Button (approx. 3/8-inch size)
- Paint
- Glitter
- Ribbon or Yarn
- Craft Glue
- Paint Brush
- Scissors
Instructions:
Start out by painting the bead white then cover it with glitter while the paint is still wet. You can also use glitter paint if you prefer. You can leave the furniture button the color it is, or paint it.
Once the paint is dry, glue the bead on top of the button and you have made a miniature crystal ball. Make sure that the holes on the bead are on the sides. Let the glue dry completely and then thread the ribbon or yarn through the hole to create the necklace.
