You're eating at least 5 servings of vegetables each day.
Next, make sure you are eating at least 5 servings of vegetables each day as well.
This is the one type of food you cannot sacrifice on - they are simply too nutrient dense and low in calories.
You can virtually eat as many of these as you like without worry - and you should, at least within reason.
Very few people will ever take in too many vegetables, so always be striving to increase your intake.

You eat berries at least twice per week.
Of all the fruits you could eat, berries are one of the best.
Eating these twice per week is a great way to fend off disease due to the fact they are so rich in antioxidants.
