Music to Grow Young Again – New Age Technology for an Old Age Problem
Do you like listening to popular tunes from when you were young? Doesn't it take you back to when you were carefree, pain free and joyful? Most of us over a certain age wish we could be young again. Well, regaining your youth is possible by listening to some special music. William Congreve wrote in 1697: "Music has charms to sooth a savage breast, to soften rocks, or bend a knotted oak". He could not have known how prophetic his words would become 300 years later.
The music I'm talking about is a relatively new technological breakthrough called binaural entrainment. The science and history of binaural entrainment is fairly complex and wide-ranging. I'll only be touching on the highpoints and giving a brief overview because as with many revolutionary innovations, the most important information people want to know is ‘Does it work?'
In a nutshell, binaural music means almost the same as stereo. Interestingly enough though, binaural has actually been around longer than stereo has. In the 1920's stereo radio had not been invented yet but one radio station actually achieved binaural broadcasting by transmitting programming for the right ear on one frequency and for the left on another.
By a dictionary definition, entrain means to ‘sweep along with a flow and to bring consequence'. And a biological synonym for entrainment is biomusicology. Organisms become synchronized to external rhythms. An easy example of musical entrainment is when you find yourself tapping your toe to catchy tune. Your body has been entrained by the beat.
But toe-tapping doesn't make a person grow young again, so we have to cover a bit more science. Binaural music has separate tracks intended for each ear and a resonance is created in the organic brain as it attempts to synchronize with two differing tones. Thusly, a person's level of mental awareness and their brainwave activity can be manipulated, but comfortably so, to a particular state as readable on an encephalograph.
Now we'll add more exciting youth regaining science to what we've covered so far. Perhaps you've already heard of HGH (Human Growth Hormone). HGH is a protein based peptide hormone that stimulates cell reproduction and regeneration and it is produced in the brain. There is some medical controversy regarding GH and HGH but some of the derision relates to the use of HGH derived from animal sources and cadavers (yuk!) Binaural music can stimulate the brain to produce more HGH.
I know that you can find many HGH supplements or injections are available. But for my own preference, (and especially with that disturbing cadaver detail lurking in my mind), I'd rather only use HGH that my own body produces. And over the much longer term of regaining youth and remaining youthful I think it's best to simply ensure my own pituitary gland is capable of fully satisfying my body's HGH requirements. Binaural music technology will suffice.
I do find this technology and science exciting but I have to stress that it only as PART of regaining youth. The body is only one third of the body, spirit, mind triad entity that you are and believe it or not, the other two elements contribute to the aging process just as much as the body does. Yes. Producing more HGH will certainly assist the body in growing younger but the body is still fighting a loosing battle against age until the mind and spirit come onboard too. I'll cover these in further articles.
For now, I do recommend you start your own HGH supplement production by using a binaural music HGH download. Watch for my upcoming articles on mind and spirit immortality.
