Michael, Jack, and Sun try to figure out what to do about Boone. Jin comes and says that Kate is in the jungle with Claire and Claire is in labor. Jack says he can't leave Boone and tells Charlie what to tell Kate to do with Claire.

In flashbacks, Jack remembers having doubts when he was about to marry Sarah. His father told him that commitment is what made Jack tick. The problem he had was that he just wasn't good at letting go.

Jack goes through with his marriage.
