I am writing this article about a simple but effective invention that impresses me and it's called the EZReach.  I've had several of these for several years now and not a day goes by that I don't use it.

The EZReach is a simple gadget that comes in various sizes. It has a long body with small suction cups at the end of it and when you push the lever on the handle you can lift up just about anything from the floor.  I am amazed at how handy this little tool is.  You can grab things from behind a couch with it or in the hard to reach shelves in cabinets.  Kids love using the EZReach because it actually makes cleaning up fun for them.

The EZReach model I like and use is the one that doesn't fold over in the center.  I have tried the other kind and find the center closing unneccessary and a little more difficult to use.

I am writing this article because I love a great invention like this.  The queen mother in England used this tool.  When I bought mine I bought it with the intention of trying out yet another gadget and yet I was pleasantly surprised and at the time that I bought one for my parents too and when I finally wore my poor little EZReach down my husband bought replacement rubber cups and also a couple more EZReach tools so we would have access to one in other rooms.

This tool is also wonderful for people who are handicapped or the elderly or people like myself who deal with chronic leg pain.  Thanks to this invention things that clutter up a floor in a hurry get picked up a lot faster.
