Organic Oil Cleansing

• The skin can be cleansed effectively using a combination of two oils: organic olive oil and organic castor oil. Using the organic version of these oils is important so that they do not contain any pesticides or chemicals. The oil cleansing method has been used for thousands of years to cleanse the skin naturally and is very effective at cleaning out the pores and preventing acne from forming. To carry out the oil cleansing method, combine 1/4 teaspoon of organic castor oil with 1/2 teaspoon of organic olive oil. Massage the oil combination onto the face for around two minutes.
