    Organic Oil Cleansing

    • The skin can be cleansed effectively using a combination of two oils: organic olive oil and organic castor oil. Using the organic version of these oils is important so that they do not contain any pesticides or chemicals. The oil cleansing method has been used for thousands of years to cleanse the skin naturally and is very effective at cleaning out the pores and preventing acne from forming. To carry out the oil cleansing method, combine 1/4 teaspoon of organic castor oil with 1/2 teaspoon of organic olive oil. Massage the oil combination onto the face for around two minutes. Soak a washcloth in hot water and squeeze it out. Place the washcloth onto the skin and allow the steam from the cloth to open up the pores. This will allow any trapped oils and impurities to leave the pores. After the cloth cools, wipe away the excess oils. The skin will be left clean, clear and soft.
