    • 1). Open any windows or turn on a fan to ventilate the kitchen. Make sure the oven is turned off and cool before attempting to clean it.

    • 2). Remove any items from inside the oven, including the racks, broiler pan and temperature probe.

    • 3). Dampen a cloth and wipe the inside of the door frame and inside the oven cavity frame. Don't wipe the gasket. Wipe out any excess food spills from the bottom of the oven to prevent excess smoking.

    • 4). Close the oven door and select "More" from the main menu.

    • 5). Select "Self Clean" from the menu and choose "+" or "-" to select a cleaning time. For heavy soil, choose a longer cleaning time.

    • 6). Press "Start" to begin the self-cleaning cycle. The oven door will lock automatically and the cycle will begin.

    • 7). Press "OK" on the control pad to end the "Complete" message and reminder tones when they sound.

    • 8). Dampen a cloth with water and wipe out any ash from the oven cavity. Replace the racks, broiler pan and other items you removed.
