Denon AH-NCW500 Globe Cruiser Headphones Review
I was lucky enough to purchase the Denon AH-NCW500 Globe Cruiser Headphones, and so I thought it would be a great opportunity to do a review for those of you looking for some more information on these headphones.
These are some top notch high quality wireless Bluetooth headphones with a very solid build, you can consider them the "Mercedes Benz" of wireless headphones.
Packaging and Unboxing The Denon AH-NCW500 Globe Cruiser Headphones come in a nice sleek box, with the features and specs on the back, and a graphic of the headphones on the front.
After opening the box you will find the headphones in a very nice leather case with the rest of the accessories, which is very convenient for traveling.
The accessories include the leather case, charging cable (fits Samsung mobile), small Velcro pouch that goes inside case, and a small karabiner.
Overview of the Denon AH-NCW500 Globe Cruiser Headphones My first impression of the headphones was that they are very high quality, very comfortable and reasonably stylish (I have the black version).
The ear-cups pivot extremely smoothly like a finely tuned German car, they aren't too loose and have a nice tension feeling to them.
Adjusting the metal headband is a pleasure as well, you just need to pull on the earpiece and you will hear the small clicks as you tweak it for your head size.
The ear cups are of very soft leather, accompanied by memory foam padding underneath making these headphones a pleasure to wear for long periods of time.
Denon actually has a patent pending for these ear cups.
The rest of the Denon AH-NCW500 Globe Cruiser Headphones are constructed of metal and high quality plastic, giving them a slightly hefty feeling and one that is sure to last many years.
Sound quality on these bad boys is also second to none, and Denon boasts "CD quality audio" as a feature on the back of the box.
I Hadn't had a chance to test the audio quality in my review video but I have now, and the audio is truly crisp, rich and clean, with very nice bass that is sure to satisfy even the most committed connoisseurs.
