    • 1). Freeze the whole chestnuts for at least four hours until they are solidly frozen.

    • 2). Place four frozen chestnuts in the mini chopper.

    • 3). Push the mini chopper's pulse button for 3 seconds and lift, repeating until the nuts have been ground into coarse flour. Empty the chopper and repeat with another four chestnuts at a time.

    • 4). Store the ground flour in the freezer for up to six months.
