What it’s like at Sushi Roku Las Vegas?

A hip dining room welcomes you to this very fashionable sushi joint in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.


The dark wood accented by a crisp design gives Sushi Roku an upscale yet relaxed and inviting feel. I am not sure if this is a proper way of describing this but when I sit at Sushi Roku and fawn over an appetizer of Crispy Calamari and Ponzu or the Yellow tail with chilies I feel like I should propose to my wife again. It makes absolutely no sense what so ever but the food makes this place romantic for me. It could be the dim lights or the way I hover over the precious delights that are being served.

How’s the food at Sushi Roku Las Vegas?

My favorite choices at Sushi Roku are the Crab Dynamite roll, the Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll and the rainbow rolls. The Fillet with Teriyaki is impressive as is the Tempura Entrée’s. I am not sure that there is anything on the menu that would not satisfy your palate.

One warning, limit the amount of edamame that you consume before your meal, do you really want to fill up on salty beans? I make the mistake almost all the time. Don't get me wrong, Miso soup and edamame can be a meal, but they should not take the place of Yellowtail Sashimi.
