This is Holden Caulfield, the world's friendliest cat. He LOVES people!! Only problem is, he wants to eat their fingers and toes when he meets them, which puts them off a little bit. Holden, now 8, was a feral cat about 6 months old when we took him in along with his little sister, Jade. He loved Jade and never left her side, which is why I named him after Holden Caulfield of Catcher in the Rye.
Sadly, we learned that Jade had Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) after she miscarried a litter of kittens, and we immediately quarantined her from the other cats.

She died a few weeks later. We were so worried for all of our other cats, especially Holden, because he was always cuddling with her. But thankfully, none of the others got sick.

Holden runs to the door like a dog to greet everyone who comes in the house and demands attention. If he doesn't get it, he nibbles on fingers and/or exposed toes until he does. He also loves to cuddle with humans, but has never gotten close to any of the other cats like he was with Jade. I think he still misses her.
